Tickets are available for purchase directly on our website, through online sales platforms, or at authorized physical sales locations with assistance from our representatives.

The minimum age to enter the Festival is 16 years old. All visitors must present an official photo ID to prove their age.

Tickets are non-refundable. In the event that you have an unexpected situation and are unable to attend the Festival, you can transfer your ticket to another person, provided they present the required documentation.

Smoking is not permitted inside the Festival areas. There will be specific points for smokers on site.
